Terms and Conditions for Raw Meat Supply

1. The buyer shall make an advance payment of 80% of the total order value before delivery.

2. The supplier guarantees that all raw meat supplied shall be of assured quality and fit for consumption.

3. All meat shall be free from antibiotics, preservatives, and any harmful substances.

4. The meat shall be precut, properly cleaned, and hygienically packed as per agreed specifications.

5. Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising from this agreement shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Amroha Court, Uttar Pradesh.

Terms and Conditions for Cattering

1. Advance deposit required (often 50%-80% of the total fee) to confirm booking.

2. Full payment must be completed before the event date.

3. Cancellation policy specifying refund eligibility and deadlines for both client and planner.

4. Final event details (such as date, time, and location) must be confirmed well in advance and any changes may incur additional charges.

5. All services and deliverables must match the agreed proposal; significant changes require written approval.

6. The event manager is not liable for third-party supplier failures or product issues.

7. Liability for damages, loss, or injury is limited to the agreed contract terms.

8. Force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic) clauses may allow either party to suspend or terminate the contract without penalty.

9. Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising from this agreement shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Amroha Court, Uttar Pradesh.

10. All communication and contractual obligations must be fulfilled in writing and signed by both parties.
